Borussia Dortmund played a draw against Hertha Berlin

GERMANY - BUNDESLIGA MATCH DAY 7

BORUSSIA DORTMUND - HERTHA BERLIN  1-1.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had a penalty kick saved but then he rescued a point for Borussia Dortmund as they set a new club record of 25 home games unbeaten in the Bundesliga.

Borussia Dortmund were far from their best played at Signal Iduna Park and wasted chances before Aubameyang late strike, sparing his blushes after he was thwarted by goalkeeper Rune Almenning Jarstein from the penalty spot.

In 51 minute with a goal by Valentin Stocker, Hertha had a lead and sparked the contest into life. Valentin Stocker who received a red card later in stoppage time, latched onto Vedad Ibisevic's superb pass to score his second goal of the season. 

The Goal by Valentin Stocker was a wake-up call for Borussia Dortmund. Aubameyang had a two chances before seeing his 75th minute spot kick saved by Rune Almenning Jarstein

But in 80 min. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored for Dortmund after Ousmane Dembele low cross gave him to tapped the ball in. That was a sacrificing goal of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who ended with bump in crossbar. 

Both sides finished the game with a man down as Mor was dismissed for lashing out at Sebastian Langkamp before Stocker was shown red in stoppage time as the spoils were shared.

With this draw Hertha Berlin remained in second place in the table with 14 points, one more than third-placed Borussia Dortmund. At the top of table is Bayern Munich with 16 points. They will play tomorrow's match against Eintracht Frankfurt.

Eintracht Frankfurt - Bayern Munich 2-2.
Bayern Munich were held to a 2-2 draw away to 10-man Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.

Bayern Munich took the lead in eleventh minute with a goal by Arjen Robben. Before the end of the first half the hosts came to equalizing the score when Szabolcs Huszti scored in 43rd minute.

Joshua Kimmich in 62nd minute restored the lead for Bayern Munich. Three minutes later, after violent conduct Szabolcs Huszti received second yellow card 
and he is sent off. 

However, U.S. international footballer Timothy Chandler sent in a cross for team-mate Marco Fabian, who scored in 78 minute and Bayern Munich had to settle for a point. 

FC Cologne - Ingolstadt 2-1.
FC Cologne moved up to second place on the table, just two points behind Bayern Munich, thanks to a 2-1 win over struggling Ingolstadt, which extended their unbeaten start to the season to seven games.

Anthony Modeste ensure the lead for FC Cologne in the 28th minute, latching onto Yuya Osako's pass, before taking the ball down well and beating Norwegian goalkeeper Orjan Nyland. 

The same player scored Cologne's second goal,10 minutes later from the penalty spot after Yuya Osako was fouled by Tobias Levels, completing his third brace in the Bundesliga to take him to the top of the scoring lists with his seventh of the season.

WORLD CUP - UEFA QUALIFICATION 10.10.2016

GROUP A
Belarus - Luxembourg  1-1. 
The national team of Belarus did not manage to ensure three points from the match with Luxembourg who played at home field at Borisov Arena-Barysaw.

With a goal by Pavel Savitskiy, after eighty minutes play Belarus lead 1-0, but only five minutes later Luxembourg equalized the score with a goal by Aurelien Joachim.

Netherlands - France  0-1.
The national team of France reached the second victory in the group qualifying for 2018 World Cup. With a goal by Paul Pogba national team of France had an important victory on the tour in Amsterdam in Netherlands, and made a step forward ensuring ranking of World Cup 2018.

In the 30 minute Paul Pogba scored from 30 yards with a swerving shot.



Depay in the 62nd minute had an ideal opportunity to equalizing the score but his shot went beside right frame of the goal. Pogba had another opportunity for score, but his header was saved by the keeper. 

Sweden - Bulgaria  3-0.
Sweden swept to a 3-0 win over brittle Bulgaria thanks to goals from Ola Toivonen, Oscar Hiljemark and Victor Lindeloef, a result that put them joint top of World Cup qualifying Group A with France.

Ola Toivonen scored the first goal for Sweden in thirty-ninth minute after he missed an early header in seventh minute. 

Sweden doubled their lead in the final minute of the first half when they again sliced Bulgaria open down the right and full back Emil Krafth pulled the ball back for Hiljemark to realized from close range. In the fifty-eighth minute Ola Toivonen heads the ball to a team-mate Victor Lindeloef who scored for final 3-0 for Sweden.

GROUP  B
Andorra - Switzerland  1-2.
In 19 minute Fabian Schar scores from the penalty spot, for leading Switzerland 1-0. 

Switzerland doubled their lead in 77 minutes with a goal by a header by Admir Mehmedi. 

Andorra managed to reduce loss in the finish of the match. Alexandre Martinez scored a goal in 90 min for the hosts.

Faroe Islands - Portugal  0-6.
Andre Silva took advantage of a sliced clearance to put Portugal ahead with a clinical finish in the 12th minute.

The 20-year old Portugal player, who had scored once for his country in previous game, doubled his tally in 22nd minute, heading in after Ricardo Quaresma's cross caused havoc in the area. 

Andre Silva completed his hat-trick in 37th minute by knocking home another loose ball after Faroes goalkeeper Gunnar Nielsen parried Joao Cancelo's shot.

Cristiano Ronaldo got on the score list in the second half (in 65th minute), rifling the ball past Nielsen from 20 metres after he was set up by Joao Mario's flick. 

The Portuguese scored two goals in extra time of the match.  Scorers of the goals were Joao Moutinho and Joao Cancelo.

Bosnia&Herzegovina - Cyprus  2-0

Estonia - Greece  0-2

Gibraltar - Belgium  0-6.
Christian Benteke placed the NEW RECORD in the history of qualifying for World Football Championships. Belgian striker scored a goal after just seven seconds play in the match with Gibraltar.

The initial strike had the home team. Belgium striker Christian Benteke managed to steal the ball, get in the box, to deceive the keeper and placed the ball into the net.

Benteke has scored seven goals in 27 appearances for Belgium, which has a maximum effect after three matches played in Group H.

In nineteenth minute Axel Witsel increased the lead of Belgium, while in forty third minute Christian Benteke was scored his second goal for 3-0 for Belgium in the first half.

Dries Mertens has continued goal series for Belgium in fifty-first minute. In fifty-fifth minute Benteke scored a wonderful goal with heel for his first hat-trick in a representative jersey. The final 6-0 to Belgium set Chelsеa player Eden Hazard in seventy-ninth minute.

NICO ROSBERG for the first time at the top of podium at SUZUKA-JAPANESE GRAND PRIX

FORMULA ONE JAPANESE GRAND PRIX 2016

Nico Rosberg wins at Japanese Grand Prix 2016 ahead to Max Verstappen and team-mate Lewis Hamilton. Nico Rosberg win a first Grand Prix of Japan at Suzuka race after starting from pole position and held until the end. With this victory he ensured Mercedes title in constructors competition for the third year in a row. (2014. 2015 and 2016).

Nico Rosberg had good start and quickly eased away from the competition, Max Verstappen jumped to second but Daniel Ricciardo in the second Red Bull car lost momentum diving past the tardy Lewis Hamilton and was overtaken by Perez's Force India and fast starting Vettel's Ferrari. Further back, Nico Hulkenberg took sixth ahead of Kimi Raikkonen, who got a late five-place grid drop because of a gearbox change. Lewis Hamilton again had a terrible start and before the first corner was eighth.

In the sixth lap Kimi Raikkonen attacked Nico Hulkenberg at the first corner and took sixth place. Lewis Hamilton attacked in the same place one lap later. In this round Fernando Alonso tried to overtake Felipe Massa again at the first corner, but was unsuccessful. While Nico Rosberg led with 4 seconds ahead, Kimi Raikkonen overtook Daniel Ricciardo, but presentable and so allow Lewis Hamilton to reach dangerously close to it. In the 10 lap battle is about the fourth position among Perez, Ricciardo, Raikkonen and Hamilton, divided in under 3 seconds. Max Verstappen complained from the tires, and first entered the pits Alonso. Then they did Verstappen and Ricciardo.

In the 13th lap in the pits entered and Nico Rosberg, followed by Sebastian Vettel. The driver of the Mercedes gets new tires with hard component and goes out before Verstappen. The both Ferrari cars are also took hard compound tires, and also Perez. Round later in pit enters and Lewis, but returns to seventh, overtaking Raikkonen and Perez. So after the first pit stops the biggest loser was the driver of Force India, who was left behind Ricciardo, Hamilton and Raikkonen. This was followed by several changes in the standings, but without any specific thrills.

Nico Rosberg was controlled things without taking much out of his detuned engine. When he led 42 laps dominantly, received a warning on the radio to be careful and to drive faster. The difference between him and second, Max Verstappen was 4.921 seconds. Hamilton came third at almost 6 seconds, followed by Vettel.

In the 46th round Hamilton was in DRS reach of Max Verstappen. Five laps from the finish the battle for second place became serious. But Hamilton just could not catch Verstappen - the youngest driver in F1 was too fast in the last chicane before the main straight. 

Max Verstappen revealed that he wasn't use his battery power to defend from Hamilton in the DRS zone on the main straight, but instead using it on the back straight between Spoon Curve and 130R. 


This is 53 career podium for Nico Rosberg, the first career victory in Japan, and 21st overall. Nico Rosberg increased the lead in the Formula 1 Championship to 33 points ahead of Hamilton and expect many more excitement to the end of season which left just four races.
