MALAYSIA GP RACE

This weekend will be held thirty-seventh Malaysian Grand Prix of Formula 1. Malaysian GP is held on the track Sepang International Circuit in Kuala Lumpur -Selangor, Malaysia (Selangor is the one of the 13 states in Malaysia). Sepang International Circuit was built in period from 1997 to 1999 and the first Grand Prix is held in 1999. The track had good and amazing facilities, and it became the inspiration for all of Formula One’s subsequent new tracks.

Sepang International Circuit is designed by the German engineer and auto racer Hermann Tilke. The track Sepang is one of the most technical circuits in Formula 1, the combination of long high-speed straights, and tight twisting complexes make the track very complicated, but also perfect for overtaking as the track itself is very wide.

The Sepang International Circuit has seen a large number of changes ahead of this year’s race, with the key aspect being the resurfacing of the track which has made tyre strategy a head scratcher for the teams, as all three compounds of tyre appear to be working well.

Some facts about the track:
  • Sepang International Circuit is length 5.543 KM
  • Number of laps: 56
  • Race distance 310.408 km
  • Fastest lap achieved by Juan Pablo Montoya in 2004  lap time 1:34.223
  • Last year winner - Sebastian Vettel - Ferrari
  • Most victories between the constructors have Ferrari - 7 victories (1999, 2000, 2001, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2015)
Currently overall F1 championship lead Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg. Аt the last race in Singapore, Hamilton was trounced by Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg, who took his eighth win of the season to move into an eight-point lead.

Nico Rosberg who has won two more races than team-mate Lewis Hamilton this season - said he was hopeful of another strong weekend.
For mediums Rosberg said - " It is always a big challenge against Lewis. Everywhere we go it is always difficult to beat him, he is the benchmark, he is the world champion, it is an exciting battle. I do enjoy beating him when I can so I will try again to do it here."

In ahead of the Grand Prix of Malaysia, Lewis Hamilton admits he must improve and says that he needs to "drive better" this weekend to get his world title campaign back on track. Lewis Hamilton has been in Malaysia since the start of the week doing promotional work for his team and their sponsors.

Тhere was no winner of tonight's derby in Dortmund between teams Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid. This was the third draw in a row for the club Real Madrid. After end of this match, statisticians in Spain immediately took their notes with stats and realize that Real Madrid last time this happened ten years ago, in 2006.

Real Madrid two times had the lead in Dortmund but failed to beat Borussia. First, the star of Real Madrid Cristiano Ronaldo put the Real in lead in the seventeenth minute with a superb strike from the box.

LEARN the SECRET of the excellent physical form of Swiss star Roger Federer

Have you ever wondered what is the secret of top form for sports stars?
Today we will found out about the secret of the excellent form of Swiss tennis star Roger Federer.

TENNIS EXERCISE AND DIET PLAN FOR TENNIS LEGEND ROGER FEDERER

One of the main components behind the great athletic performance of the amazing sixteen times Grand Slam Champion Roger Federer are tennis exercises and diet plan. Not only is his form and fitness the result of acute dedication, but also the product of his partnership with Pierre Paganini.

As the tennis strength and conditioning coach for Federer, Pierre Paganini plays a crucial role in shaping the workout schedule that has kept Roger at the top of the ATP rankings for over a ten years. Being such a good friends certainly helps, and collectively their fitness training sessions amount to about ONE HUNDRED hours per tennis season. Before a Grand Slam tournament or when Roger Federer needs to continue to stay fit during the off-season, Pierre Paganini continues his coaching by working out with him over ten hours each week.

This tennis celebrity’s exercise plan is a fusion of various physical disciplines, such as weight lifting, endurance runs, lateral lunges, sprints, agility and core body power training by use of medicine ball thrusts, plus assorted gym routines and muscle training drills.

To build strength, coordination and balance for his tennis playing Roger Federer uses medicine balls and resistance bands.

Jumping rope is also part of the equation, which helps keep this tennis titan’s footwork fluid and accurate. He loves the jumping rope, which is a staple in his training. Most of his training sessions include several minutes with the rope. Start out slowly and then increase the speed over time. This builds cardiovascular fitness and agility, two of the main weapons that any top tennis player needs.

These and other varied exercises help to keep the Roger Federer tennis exercise and diet plan in place.

In the following video you can watch interview with Swiss Star Roger Federer about his fitness.

Whether training or during a game, a tennis player’s need for fluids is usually high. While moving around the court in highly intense stop and go manoeuvres, the competitor’s sweat rate is profuse. Coupled with the fact that some tennis matches can run for several hours in the face of blistering temperatures, drinking ample amounts of fluids prior, during and following training or a game is essential for hydration and optimum performance.

Federer strives for excellence even in the way he eats. According to Sports Dieticians Australia, slowly consumed, nutritious, high fibre, sensibly timed meals and snacks helps to avoid over indulgence. About two or three hours before a game, a high-carbohydrate, low-fat, low-fibre meal is served to help the tennis icon maintain on the court. Such a meal may consist of low-fat milk and breakfast cereal, or pancakes with syrup. Other options are pasta or rice topped with a tomato sauce, or a liquid milkshake meal packed with energy-rich ingredients.

The Roger Federer tennis exercise and diet plan also includes post-game recovery foods that are carbohydrate-laden that aid in topping up the body’s stores of muscle glycogen. Combine that with sources of lean protein to help speed up the repair and growth of muscle tissue. Let’s not forget, Federer also manages about ten hours of sleep, which is also a great relaxant for muscles and aids in repairing and healing the fatigued athlete’s body.

In present time Roger Federer is out of tennis tournaments after back injury at French Open. We hope that he is working hard to recover and we expect as soon as he can to return of the tennis courts.

Little tension in the club of Real Madrid

SPANISH LALIGA MATCH DAY 6

The "Royal club" from Madrid second time in a row failed to win in LaLiga and have dropped four points in a week. They lost most of the advantage points who had before Barcelona and other rivals for the top ranking.

Real Madrid took the lead in 33' when Marco Asensio scored with a header, after Nacho's shot was saved by Javi Varas.

Five minutes later (in 38') midfielder Tana Dominguez from Las Palmas scored for 1-1 after a bad clearance from Raphael Varane.

In the second half (in 67') Karim Benzema scored for 2-1 after C.Ronaldo has a great chance to score but his effort was parried by the keeper. Benzema restored the lead for Real Madrid.

Just only three minutes before the end of the match Sergio Ezequiel Araujo from Las Palmas tapped the ball in goal.

FT  LAS PALMAS - REAL MADRID  2-2

Here are the highlights of the match.

Real Madrid failed to beat Las Palmas on yesterday's match in Gran Canaria, but this match will be the most remembered by the nervous reaction of Cristiano Ronaldo, who was not at all impressed when he was substituted with Lucas Vasquez 20 minutes before end of the match.

Zinedine Zidane has decided to withdraw the best player, although to that point Ronaldo missed several opportunities to score, but it doesn't like the Portuguese that the nervous gestures, just do not even look at his coach when he ceded his place to Lucas Vasquez.

This reaction certainly become a topic number one in Spain, and it had its own answer to give Zidane who tries to explain his decision.

"We have a new important match in UEFA Champions League on Tuesday and I think it was the right moment to pull out thinking about it. He always wants to play, but I'm a coach and have to think about him and his health. The best was to rest and to think of the competition that awaits on Tuesday" - said Zidane after the match, not forgetting to remind that Ronaldo before ten days was out of football pitches more than two months.

After this round in LaLiga, Real Madrid remains on top with 14 points, one more than the biggest opponent Barcelona and two more than Athletic Bilbao.
Las Palmas were spirited throughout and are fifth in the table, four points behind leaders Real.

NEW VICTORY FOR "MILLIONAIRES" FROM DORTMUND

GERMAN BUNDESLIGA MATCH DAY 5

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Lukasz Piszczek and Raphael Guerreiro scored for Borussia Dortmund, Maximilian Philipp from Freiburg scored to reduce loss.

French football player Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has opened the scoring on the stroke of half-time after a first period of home dominance. He scored after Ousmane Dembele successfully passes the ball in the box.

This was special match for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. He marked his 100th Bundesliga appearance with a customary goal.

On the start of the second half Lukasz Piszczek extending the advantage for Dortmund. The Poland international player pouncing on a poor clearance of a Gonzalo Castro cross and side-footing into the top right corner.

Maximilian Philipp quickly struck back for the visitors. Just seven minutes after scoring by Lukasz Piszczek, Philipp raced into a fine through ball before firing across Dortmund goalkeeper Roman Burki and into the far netting.

Mario Gotze struggled to leave a mark on the game as he played for Dortmund at the Westfalenstadion for the first time after 1k248 days and was replaced by Guerreiro with 20 minutes to play as Tuchel cast an eye on Tuesday's Champions League clash with Real Madrid.

The Final result set Raphael Guerreiro in extra time with a fine finish after an impressive interplay of passes played him in on goal. Portuguese football player Raphael Guerreiro settled any lingering home nerves when Castro and Aubameyang combined to release Raphael and he found the top-right corner, prompting boisterous celebrations that are sure to be ramped up against the European champion Real Madrid.

This was the fourth victory for Dortmund in five matches in German Bundesliga. Now Dortmund have 12 points and goes on top of table after Bayern Munich.

END OF WINNING STREAK OF REAL MADRID, BARCELONA PLAYED DRAW AT CAMP NOU

SPANISH LALIGA MATCH DAY 5

During the period from September 20 till September 22 will be playing the matches from day 5 in Spanish LaLiga Santander. Of course, the matches between Real Madrid vs Villarreal and Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid will be in the center of attention for audience and I think that this matches will be most watched.

Real Madrid vs Villarreal. The club of Real Madrid is in good conditions and until today has score, four wins in four matches. In tonight match there will be motivation plus for Real Madrid. Coach of Real Madrid, Zinedine Zidan  will surpass Barcelona's record of sixteen straight Laliga victories under Pep Guardiola if they beat Villarreal in this evening match.Villarreal started the season poorly with drawing in their first two matches.

Real Madrid will started the match with this eleven players: K.Casilla, Sergio Ramos, Varane, Ronaldo, Kroos, Benzema, James, Bale, Marcelo, Kovacic and Danilo while for Villarreal will started this eleven players: Asenjo, Mario, Musacchio, Ruiz, Angel, Trigueros, Bruno, Dos Santos, Samu, Cheryshev and Sansone. Real Madrid will be played in all white and Villarreal in all yellow.

The hosts dominated the beginning of the first half, had more possession of the ball, repeatedly targeted towards the opponent's goal, while Villarreal players struggled  through the counter-attack to reach the goal of Real Madrid. In 45' penalty kick for Villarreal and surprise for hosts, since Samu's shot from outside the area is blocked by the hand of Ramos. The referee without hesitate pointed to the spot and gave a yellow card for Sergio Ramos. With а brilliant strike from penalty spot Bruno Soriano Llido sent goalkeeper of Real on the wrong side and hit the lead for Villarreal before half time.
Second half started with a strong pressure of Real Madrid players over the opponent. In 48' the captain Sergio Ramos scored for 1-1 and "took redemption". He atones for his handball at the and of the first half with a terrific headed GOAL at the start of the second half to pull Real Madrid back on level terms. He rose above Mario to knock that one in at the far post.

Real Madrid continued with pressure till the finish of the match. They had more opportunities for scoring and winning, but the result remained unchanged until the end of the match.

FT REAL MADRID vs VILLARREAL    1-1

Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid. This is the derby match of the round 5 in LaLiga.
At Camp Nou Barcelona will try to revenge on Atletico Madrid after the elimination in the UEFA Champions League last season. Both teams are candidates to win the Spanish LaLiga Santander.
In last two matches in LaLiga Barcelona has score 1L and 1W while Atletico Madrid has 2W.

Barcelona has a first big opportunity for goal in 15th minute when Leo Messi strikes with left foot towards goal from the edge of the box but this shot is save by the goalkeeper Oblak. Two minutes later chance on the other side, Belgian footbaler Carrasco kick a ball, this shot is parried by Ter Stegen and goes back into play. In 42' Ivan Rakitic scores with a header after assist from Iniesta, Barcelona take the lead with 1-0.

But Diego Simeone found a way to motivate his players at the half time interval, with Atletico Madrid restarting the match with fresh impetuous and drive.

The game truly turned upon Messi injury and was withdrawn from the game. In 61' min Angel Correa scored for equalising after Mascherano made a defensive mistake.

Until the finish of match both sides pressing for a winner, with Neymar testing Jan Oblak and Diego Godin forcing Ter Stegen into a save from a close range header, but neither could find the breakthrough.

NICO ROSBERG WINS AT SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX

FORMULA 1
SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX - RACE

This was big big victory for Nico Rosberg, because now he took the lead in World Driver's Championship in Formula 1. Now Rosberg has eight points lead over team-mate Hamilton on six races to go. He made three victories in a row (he was winner of Belgium Grand Prix - Spa and Italian Grand Prix - Monza). Strategy of team of Mercedes again was successful.

After he starting from pole position during the race he was leader. The race started in dramatic fashion, with Nico Hulkenberg eliminated before the first corner. Verstappen was very slow away and as Carlos Sainz was forced to take evasive action, his Toro Rosso tagged the rear formula's of Hulkenberg, pitching it into the pit wall. The safety car was immediately deployed, as it became clear that Williams’ Valtteri Bottas was also carrying a left-rear puncture and - perhaps not coincidentally - Jenson Button’s McLaren had damage to its right-front wing. Racing resumed on Lap 3.
But finish of the race was dramatic. Rosberg began the final lap with a 1.8 sec. advantage from Ricciardo, and when many expect the twist, Rosberg kept the leading position in the race by just 0.48 sec.

Rosberg jumped from his car and as he celebrates the win.

LIVERPOOL DEFEATS CHELSEA AT STAMFORD BRIDGE

ENGLAND PREMIER LEAGUE

The Club of Chelsea had bad start in first half. Liverpool took the pressure over Chelsea, and that's pays off. In 17th minute after a failed offside trap by players of Chelsea, Dejan Lovren volleys the ball into the back of the net after a cross by Philippe Coutinho.

The REDS won with 1-0 in London, and it's nothing less than they deserve for how they have started this match. In the 36th minute further disappointment for fans of Chelsea. Jordan Henderson from Liverpool scored a brilliant goal from outside the box.

Coach Jurgen Klopp with great joy jumped from the bench.

HT  CHELSEA - LIVERPOOL    0-2

Conte has started the second half without substitution. Now Chelsea players have made more switched into attack. Hope of home fans returned to the 62 nd minute when Diego Costa scored for 1-2 after great pass from Nemanja Matic.

Costa’s goal is a prime example of how one error can completely change the momentum of a game.Liverpool were deserving of their two-goal lead and Chelsea looked unlikely to grab the double that they needed. But some sloppy defending gave them hope and they almost snatched an equaliser moments later. Last chance for an equalizer had Cesc Fabregas with a free-kick shot in 89th minute, but his shot was blocked.
FT CHELSEA - LIVERPOOL  1-2
This was new disappointment for Chelsea fans.
