US OPEN MEN'S FINAL

Novak Djokovic vs Stan Wawrinka. 

World No.1 Novak Djokovic will play in the grand final of US OPEN for the third time. He has two trophies of US OPEN Tournament, in 2011 and 2015. Whatever the outcome of this match, Novak Djokovic will remain at the top of the ATP World ranking.

Semifinals N.Djokovic - G.Monfils (6-3, 6-2, 3-6, 6-2).
Novak has beaten Stan Wawrinka 11 times in 13 matches since 2011, but then again Wawrinka has not lost in a Grand Slams finals before. Novak and Stan have faced each other twice at the US Open in the past, and Novak winning in both matches.


Stan Wawrinka is the finalist of US OPEN for the first time. Entering with a perfect 2-0 record in Grand Slams finals, Stan Wawrinka is seeking his fifteenth title at the tour-level. The 31 years old Swiss is looking to become the fifth man in the Open Era to win two or more major singles  crowns after turning 30, joining Rod Laver, Ken Rosewall, Andre Agassi and Jimmy Connors.
